That's pretty nice! I'd love to eat out there if it wasn't too hot.
It's amazing what he's done out there in such a small place! I agree, a wonderful place to eat if it's not too hot (or humid, this is only a few blocks from the bay).
I must have missed the story but do they use or sell their fresh veggies? They did a great job with the amount of space.
Lol, I moderate a gardening group on GoodReads and we've been talking about the honey roasted plum tomato brushetta I had there last Sunday and the garden so I told them I'd post the pic I took. (I posted the link to this post in the thread there). They don't sell their veggies & herbs but they do use them in their cooking. Francesco's in Highlands, NJ. (Our "sister" town). Hands down our fav Italian restaurant!
I love restaurants that grow and use their own herbs/veggies. Looks like a great place to eat and relax.
just seeing that pic makes me want to go!and motivates me to take care of my herbs when I get home
Meg & Lora, I'll have to post a pic of their indoor/outdoor area off to the right in this pic ~ it is really a great little place.
So pretty and relaxing looking!
